Growth Pigeon audit · Boutique Education · 16 October 2026, adult English added 24 October 2026

ChatGPT already puts Boutique Education first for expat families. The next step is Claude, and every service Boutique Education offers.

Executive summary

Boutique Education should write its site in the words parents and adult learners type, and get listed in the guides the assistants read. ChatGPT already sends expat families its way. These two changes would bring Claude up to the same level, and add the four services neither assistant names yet.

1

ChatGPT already trusts Boutique Education with expat families

  • It named Boutique Education in 7 of the 10 parent questions and put it first in 5.
  • It showed a 5.0 rating from 20 Google reviews and quoted the membership prices.
  • It was the first pick for home tuition and British curriculum English, and second for 11+ prep.
2

Claude, the specialist services and adult English are still open

  • Claude named Boutique Education in none of its 15 answers. Tutopiya came up in 5 of its 10 parent answers.
  • Neither assistant named it for learning support, school choice, Mandarin or adult English. DAS International, ED-SG, The Mandarin Academy and the British Council took those answers.
3

The cause is wording, and wording is cheap to fix

  • AI assistants tend to recommend pages that use the same words a parent types, such as IB, IGCSE, Year 9, dyslexia or River Valley. For example, Tutopiya has a page for River Valley that also names nearby Robertson Quay and Great World, so it matches those questions word for word.
  • Boutique Education's homepage leads with its teaching philosophy, and its school list is a wall of logos that assistants can't read.

Start with the homepage: a headline in parents' words and a written list of schools. It takes half a week and helps 10 of the 15 questions. Part 3 sets out all four changes and the ten steps behind them.
