Privacy policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
In short: we collect only what we need to run the service, such as your email address and your business's website. We never sell it. You can ask to see it or delete it at any time by emailing hello@growthpigeon.com.
1. Who we are
Growth Pigeon runs growthpigeon.com from Singapore and is responsible for the personal data described here. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
2. What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email address, business name, website, and anything you write in a form or email.
- Sign-in details: if you sign in with Google, we get your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We never see your Google password.
- Payment details: Stripe handles payments. We receive your name, email, the amount and whether it went through, but never your full card number.
- How you use the site: pages visited, rough location, device and browser, collected through cookies and Google Analytics.
- Public information about your business: what AI tools and Google say about it, and what is on your public website.
3. Why we use it
- to run your audit, reports and monthly plan, and to send them to you;
- to sign you in and keep your account secure;
- to take payment and keep records the law requires;
- to reply to you, and to send updates you asked for (you can unsubscribe from any marketing email);
- to understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the companies that help us run the service:
- Stripe, for payments;
- Google, for sign-in and website analytics;
- our hosting and email providers, to run the site and send email;
- AI providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic, when we ask them about your business. We send them your business name and the questions, not your personal details.
Some of these companies are outside Singapore. Where data leaves Singapore, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA. We may also share data if the law requires it.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and, through Google Analytics, to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, signing in may not work.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data while you have an account or are a customer, and for as long after as we need for tax, accounting or legal reasons. After that we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
7. Keeping it safe
We use encrypted connections, limit who on our team can see your data, and rely on providers with strong security. No system is perfectly safe; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you and how we have used it;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- stop using it or delete it, unless we must keep it by law;
- stop sending you marketing emails.
Email hello@growthpigeon.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the UK, EU or another place with its own privacy law, you have the rights that law gives you as well.
9. Children
The service is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If a change matters, we will email customers before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
