Terms of service

Last updated: 2 November 2026

In short: we check whether AI tools like ChatGPT name your business, and tell you what to change. We cannot control what those tools say, so we cannot promise a result. You pay monthly, with a three-month minimum. If something goes wrong, the most we owe you is what you paid us in the last three months.

1. Who we are

Growth Pigeon ("we", "us") runs growthpigeon.com from Singapore. These terms cover your use of the website, the free audit, the reports and the paid monthly plan (together, "the service"). By using the service or paying for it, you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you are allowed to agree on its behalf.

2. What we provide

We ask AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, the questions your customers are likely to ask. We record whether your business is named, and we give you a report and a plan for what to change. You or your team make the changes. We do not write content for you or build your website.

3. No guaranteed results

AI tools are run by other companies, and their answers change often and without notice. We do not own or control them. Our reports show what the tools said when we asked; another person asking at another time may see something different. We give advice in good faith, but we do not promise that any AI tool, Google or other website will name, rank or recommend your business, or that you will get more enquiries or sales.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. Give us accurate details about your business. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

5. Prices, payment and cancelling

6. Using the service fairly

You agree not to:

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is fair to do so, we will tell you first.

7. Who owns what

You own your business's name, content and data. We own the website, our methods, templates and software. Once you have paid, you may use your reports freely inside your business, including sharing them with your staff and the people who build your website.

Some reports on public businesses are published on our website. If one is about your business and you would like it changed or taken down, email us.

8. Limits on what we are responsible for

We provide the service "as is". As far as the law allows:

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against us because of information you gave us, or how you used the service in breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

10. Things outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages at AI providers, internet or hosting failures, or changes to how AI tools work.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email paying customers at least 30 days before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If we disagree about something, we will first try to sort it out by talking. If that fails, the courts of Singapore will decide.
