Would you buy from your own website? Watch a stranger try.
I visit your website as a first-time buyer and record myself thinking out loud. You see where I get lost, where I would leave and what made me trust you, and I finish with the fixes to make first.
- A real person, not a tool
- No access to your accounts needed
- Fixes ranked, most important first
You know your business too well to see your page fresh.
You know what you sell, who it is for and why it is good. A new visitor knows none of that. They give your page a few seconds, and if they cannot work out what you do and what to do next, they go back to Google or ChatGPT and pick someone else. You never find out why.
Here is the kind of thing you hear in the video:
- 0:14"I still can't tell what this does or who it is for."
- 1:02"I want to know the price before I book a call. I'd leave here."
- 2:40"This review from a clinic like mine makes me trust you."
- 4:15"Fix one: say who you help in the first line."

The short answers.
What is a landing page teardown?
It is a screen recording of a real person visiting your website for the first time, as your buyer would. I talk through what I see, what I expect and where I lose interest, and I finish by telling you what to change first.
Do you need access to my accounts?
No. I visit your website from the outside, the same way your buyers do. For the sign-up packages I fill in your form like any new customer.
Is the video made with AI?
No. I go through your page myself and talk while I do it. You are paying for a real first impression, and a tool cannot give you that.
What do I need to send you?
Stripe asks for the link to your page when you pay. After that, reply to your receipt with one sentence on who your ideal buyer is and what you want them to do on the page. For the top package, add the websites of 2 competitors.
Will you be honest about it?
Yes. I will be kind, but I will not soften the parts that are costing you sales.
Will you make the changes for me?
No, this is a review. Each fix is written in plain words so you or your web person can make it.
What has this got to do with ChatGPT?
More people now visit a business after ChatGPT recommends it. They arrive knowing your name and little else, so your page has to do the rest. If it loses them, the recommendation is wasted.
